Can anyone help me to improve my English including writing and speaking because I’d like to go abroad to continue my education?Thank you very much.

I have a BS degree in Business and I am thinking about furthering my education by getting a Master’s in English rather than a Business related field. I enjoyed my English courses as an undergrad, and figured that an English background could help me employment wise in the future (looking for work in the business field is pretty hard now because of the economy). Any insights and if anyone has any recommendations for grad schools with English programs? Thanks.

I have completed my education in regional language and I am working with international compmany but due to lack of spoken english skill i am feeling introvert. I am shy too. In case of english writing, i think i have improved a lot but when speaking comes, i get frustreted.
