Only the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), and the Republic of Ireland are English speaking.
No other European country has English as the national language. Although many Europeans have learnt English as a 2nd language at school and can speak it well.
The UK comprises England, Scotland, and Wales. The only other country in Europe that speaks English is Ireland apart from a few islands being the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey.
Malta has English as an offical language, along with Maltese.
Gibraltar has English as its offical language, but this isn’t a country but a British Overseas Territory.
