Why do spanish people lie about not knowing how to speak english?

Author: Every time I turn around they act like they dont know how to speak english. Thats messed ause they try to ride the bus without paying there bus fare. But i throw them off the bus when they play games with me. Why are spanish people like this?

In every society you’ll find the bad ones and the good ones, you cant judge on any nationality from some bad people you met from.
Hmmm I’m not to sure why, perhaps It is because they may not be confident English speakers? The bus fare thing I’m not to sure why they would do that either but I doubt "It is because they don’t like black people" Perhaps you could learn Spanish for "You need to pay your bus fare" Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.
because they don’t want to deal with different people if you are talking about Mexicans most of them don’t want to learn English because they are not coming to learn they are here to work for the jobs under the table so they can go back to Mexico to put foods on their tables in Mexico they don’t even make $1 and hour.
I found that some supposed non-English speakers pretended to not speak English when it suited them in order to get what they wanted. I.E. when I was managing a local flea market, one of the janitors made a serious mistake. By claiming that he did not understand English, he was able to avoid any serious consequence. However, when there was a problem with his check, low and behold, he spoke excellent English.
