How can I improve my Spoken English to a professional level, so that I can give good business presentations?

Author: I am all right at Spoken English. But sometimes I get stuck, for the lack of appropriate words. Otherwise, when I converse with someone in my first language, I am quite impressive.
This problem has been a major hurdle in my career development. Please advise.

Take classes. It’s very difficult to improve your skills without a lot of practice. Practice makes perfect.
Your going to have to take some english/grammar classes, or have some one help you with your speeches prior to presentations.
Or write your speech spell check it and practice practice practice.
Classes are the better option.
